  • Category Assignment: We’ll show you how to assign your store categories to the marketplace categories—working together on your product lineup.

  • Cron Job Setup: Setting up automatic synchronization—inventory, prices, and orders are managed without manual intervention.

Modern SP-API
Amazon Selling Partner API as the exclusive foundation—LWA tokens, separate endpoints for EU marketplaces, and ready for additional regions. The deprecated MWS interface is no longer used.
Schema-Driven
The official Amazon JSON schema is loaded and cached for each product type. Labels, required fields, enum values, and examples come directly from Amazon’s definitions—without manually maintained lists that become outdated.
AI-Powered Pre-Filling
Missing required attributes (country of origin, material, voltage, capacity, GPSR data, and much more) can be pre-filled on demand by an integrated AI model using your product description and store master data. You decide which information to include.
Catalog Resync
Existing Amazon catalog data (image slots, bullet points, compliance media, dimensions, ASIN, browse nodes) can be imported back into the store with a single click. Non-destructive: Your own data updates remain unaffected.
Secure Content Push
Content is transferred back to Amazon via JSON-PATCH—not via a full overwrite. Anything you don’t send remains in the listing. Accidental deletion of descriptions, bullet points, or keywords is impossible.
Bulk Issue Diagnosis
One click scans your entire Amazon product range for ERRORS and WARNINGS from the Amazon Listing Health endpoint. Result: an aggregated list by issue code with links to the affected products and XLSX/CSV export for master data maintenance.

Custom Marketplace Description
Custom HTML description for Amazon, independent of the store description. TinyMCE editor, multilingual.
Product Type Selection with Search
Derived from the current Amazon catalog, including mapping to browse nodes.
Listing variant
Standalone, Parent, or Child (parent/child relationship); variant theme is set automatically.
Live listing link
Direct link to the public Amazon listing (as soon as the ASIN is assigned), from the product tab.
Check Submission Status
If the ASIN has not yet been assigned, directly check the status of the ongoing listing submission.

EU Compliance & GPSR

GPSR Required Information
EU Regulation 2023/988: Manufacturer and responsible person references, warnings, and conformity documentation are maintained directly and transferred along with the listing.
Country of Origin as a Required Field
with automatic pre-fill based on store master data and ISO-2 mapping (e.g., “Germany” → DE).
Battery, hazardous materials, and age restriction flags
Can be set to conservative defaults, but can be overridden at any time.
Schema Required Field Display
Clearly shows which attributes Amazon actually requires for this product type—with links to missing fields.

Orders, Prices & Inventory

Order Import
Amazon orders, including shipping address, tax, and order line items, are recorded as regular XONIC orders.
Price and Inventory Synchronization
Marketplace-specific markups, customer group prices, and specials are configured on a per-marketplace basis.
Shipping Confirmation with Tracking Gate
No shipping notification is sent to Amazon without a valid tracking number.
FBA and FBM
Both self-fulfillment and Amazon fulfillment are supported.
Returns & Cancellations
Status changes are exchanged in both directions.

PATCH instead of PUT
Updates to existing listings use JSON-PATCH exclusively. Fields that you do not explicitly update are left untouched by Amazon—existing bullet points, keywords, and images remain unchanged.

Every push request is logged in an audit-proof manner with the complete JSON payload and timestamp—allowing you to track exactly what was transmitted to Amazon and when.

Prerequisites: An active XONIC Shop System Basic, Professional, Premium, or Enterprise main package, as well as a valid Amazon Seller Central account (Professional Seller Account) with SP API access enabled.
