With the one-time setup fee, our team handles the entire onboarding process for your marketplace integration—from linking your account to the first successful upload:

  • Account Setup: Linking your existing marketplace account or creating a new one—including granting access rights to the XONIC support account.
  • Category import: We import the marketplace categories into your store.
  • Category Assignment: We’ll show you how to assign your store categories to the marketplace categories—working together on your product lineup.
  • First Upload: We’ll show you how to start a product upload and guide you through the initial transfer.
  • Cron Job Setup: Setting up automatic synchronization—inventory, prices, and orders are managed without manual intervention.
  • Initial Analysis: A detailed analysis of your product catalog in light of the marketplace’s requirements.

OBI Marketplace uses the Mirakl Marketplace Suite. XONIC provides the generic Mirakl integration—tailored for DIY, home improvement, and gardening product lines.

Mirakl Standard
Mirakl is the established marketplace platform behind numerous European retailers. A proven API, a clear data model.
Offer Management
Product offers are transferred from the XONIC Shop—price, inventory, and shipping data are managed centrally.
Order Processing
Orders are imported and recorded as regular XONIC orders, including all order lines and customs/tax data.
Tracking Updates
Shipping numbers are reported via the Mirakl API—this can be done individually for each order line.
Acceptance & Cancellation
Order lines can be accepted, rejected, or canceled—the marketplace is automatically notified.
Validation
Shipping confirmations are checked against Mirakl validation before being pushed.

Listings & Offers

  • Product offers via the Mirakl offers/im ports endpoint.
  • Prices, inventory, and shipping profiles are managed centrally from the XONIC Shop.
  • The Mirakl category hierarchy is cached.
  • Value lists for marketplace-specific attributes can be reloaded locally.

Orders

  • Order import including order lines, shipping address, customer contact information, and tax.
  • Accept or reject order lines individually.
  • Shipping confirmation with Mirakl validation (pre-check before push).
  • Tracking updates per order line.
  • Order cancellation possible (Cancel Order Request).

Marketplace configuration

  • Mirakl endpoint and shop ID configurable for each marketplace.
  • Flexible tax mode (tax included/excluded) per marketplace.
  • Multiple Mirakl-based marketplaces can be operated in parallel.

Activate OBI integration?

€39 per month per marketplace (€468 per year) plus a one-time setup fee of €500 for setup, login credentials integration, and initial configuration. Multiple marketplaces (e.g., domestic and international marketplaces) are licensed on a per-marketplace basis.

We’ll set up your OBI integration, train your team on the Mirakl data model, and assist with the initial order import.

Prerequisite: An active XONIC Shop System main package and an OBI merchant account with Mirakl API access (Shop ID + API key).
